Question 1

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

I specialize in building internal tools for small and medium businesses in Cyprus. Whether you're in retail, trading, services, or manufacturing — I understand the common challenges: managing operations, tracking inventory, handling customers, and streamlining workflows. I work with SMEs daily and understand what you need.

Question 2

How does the initial conversation work?

Accepted Answer

We simply talk about what's slowing you down and what would help. I'll ask questions about your current processes, pain points, and what an ideal solution would look like. There's no commitment — it's just a conversation to see if I can help. Most calls last 20-30 minutes.

Question 3

How long does it take to build a solution?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope. A simple document automation system might take a few weeks. A comprehensive CRM with multiple integrations could take a couple of months. I'll give you a clear timeline in the proposal — no surprises.

Question 4

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. I communicate in plain English, not tech jargon. You tell me what you need the system to do, and I figure out how to build it. During the process, I'll show you progress and get your feedback to make sure it works the way you expect.

Question 5

What happens after the system is built?

Accepted Answer

I don't disappear after delivery. I provide training for your team and stay available for support. As your needs change, the system can evolve. Many clients start with one tool and gradually add more as they see the value.

Question 6

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Custom CRM projects typically start between €2,000 and €5,000. The final scope and price are confirmed in a written proposal, with the build cost separated from any ongoing costs.
